A coffee table is often the focal point of a living room, and it’s more than just a place to set down your mug! As the center of the seating area, it’s the perfect small space to add a touch of style and personality that will make your living space feel much more put together.
I like to keep my coffee table simple with a few decorative items that are also functional. I’ll admit that I am constantly changing things around, but here are two of my recent favorite easy coffee table setups that you can probably recreate with items you already have sitting around the house.
Keeping it super simple here with a couple of my favorite decorative books, fresh eucalyptus and a few coasters. The Chanel book is great if you enjoy flipping through photos, and the Beautifully Organized book is full of home decor & organization tips! The coasters come as a set of 4, and I love the marble and wood design! They look really nice sitting out or in use under a drink. The clear vase is from Amazon, and the eucalyptus is real – you can usually find it at Trader Joe’s. It lasts a lot longer than flowers, and smells amazing!
This is my current setup, and I love the look of this woven tray to hold everything together! The flowers are actually faux peonies (shhh!) but as much as I prefer real blooms, it’s not always easy to find them. These honestly look pretty real, even in person. I have the same marble and wood coasters here underneath a candle, but my favorite part is the customized book stack! They are hand made and you can have anything you want written on them – I have our names, and Jack got a little paw print by his – how cute!? You can use code catherine for a discount.
