If you haven’t heard by now, Starbucks pumpkin spice lattes are officially back as of today! My Instagram has been blowing up with #PSL snaps all day long haha – but as much as I love pumpkin spice flavored things… I’m not a fan of the latte. It’s WAY too sweet for me! I normally drink plain black coffee or an almond milk latte, but I will branch out when it gets cooler and add a little hint of pumpkin to my coffee! Here are a couple drinks that I order in the fall – they’re healthier than a PSL too!
- skinny vanilla latte with 2 pumps of pumpkin
- chai tea latte with 1-2 pumps of pumpkin and 1-2 shots of espresso added
- nonfat latte with 1 pump of pumpkin + 1 pump of sugar free cinnamon dolce
- black coffee with 3 pumps of pumpkin + splash of nonfat milk (or almond milk)
