It’s the most wonderful time of the year!!  No, not Christmas – but almost as good! The weather is warming up, flowers are blooming, the sun is shining (most days at least) and I am just so excited for upcoming beach trips and weekends at the lake! I’m starting to shop for swimsuits for this year and there are SO many good options out there! I love that swimsuits have become more about style and less about minimal fabric over the last couple years. Here are a few of this year’s trends that I’m loving right now:

• Animal print: especially leopard and snakeskin. It’s basically a neutral these days!
• High waisted bottoms: cute and covers a post-lunch food baby? Yes please!
• Belted: a simple belt adds such a flattering touch!
• Cut out one pieces: don’t worry about the tan lines, because SPF is also in 😉
• Stripes: they are instantly slimming on everyone!
